Secondary Mathematics Students Attend the NCTM Regional Conference

NINE students from our Technology in the Mathematics Classroom course attended the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Regional Conference in Atlantic City October 22-23, 2015. Students were able to attend a variety of professional development sessions that will help them in their development as classroom teachers, including sessions on how to effectively incorporate technology in the classroom. Conference attendance is an excellent opportunity for our students to hear from current classroom teachers on activities and strategies that they are using with their own 7-12 math students.
